As I read through it I couldn't imagine what the ending could be - but I loved the book. My only criticism is that the author seems a little delicate-minded. In all chapters, for every tradition, these major questions are address: What is wisdom. Overall, this book is a great source of leadership advice and direction and a refreshing way to look at leadership as a whole. It's described as a "book", but "pamphlet" is a more accurate term. With his help, they find evidence on the ground supporting her theory.
